Erika Paul

Erika Paul is a San Francisco–born jazz pianist, singer, and songwriter whose wide‑ranging career includes performances at festivals, concerts, art exhibitions, corporate events, and venues across northern Nevada, California, Hawaii, France, and England. A self‑published independent artist, her recordings are available on all major digital and physical music platforms. In 2001, she was invited to help prepare young jazz musicians and vocalists in the Truckee and Tahoe regions to perform big band repertoire as part of Jazz at Lincoln Center’s Essentially Ellington Education Program, working alongside Wynton Marsalis and Ted Nash. Erika holds an AA in general music from the College of San Mateo and a BA in Jazz Performance from San Jose State University, and she continues to contribute to the region’s musical landscape as a member of Sapphire, Reno’s all‑woman jazz ensemble.
